Heritage – Hampi Badami Tour: Days: 03 Nights / 04 Days           

Day 01 – Bengaluru to Hampi: Our representative will pick up you from Bangalore and drive to Hampi, the world’s largest open-air museum and UNESCO World Heritage site. Hampi was once proud city of victory. There were opulent palaces, marvelous temples, massive fortifications, baths, markets, pavilions and stables for royal elephants. The merchants at Hampi traded in diamonds, pearls, fine silks, brocades, horses and etc.

 However, the ruins of these historical monuments have stood the ravages of man and time and still evoke memories of regal splendor. On arrival at Hampi, check in to the hotel or resort. Evening, if time permits, proceed to visit Tungabhadra Dam, constructed across the Tungabhadra River. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the Hotel.

Then visit Pattadakal, a UNESCO world heritage site, well known for Chalukya monuments. Then visit Banashankari (Banashankari Temple), Mahakuta (Mahakuteshwara Temple), Badami was formerly known as Vatapi, was the regal capital of the Badami Chalukyas from 540 to 757 AD.
